A seasoned healthcare executive and revenue cycle leader with more than 25 years of experience driving financial performance improvements for providers across the United States. He has served in both provider-side leadership roles and senior consulting positions at PwC, Deloitte, Guidehouse, BDO, and RSM, where he consistently delivered measurable improvements in net revenue, cashflow, and margin. Len specializes in end-to-end revenue cycle transformation — spanning patient access, charge capture, coding, AR management, and denials prevention.

Rob Palacios
Financial Services Executive Partner
A visionary business and technology leader with more than 30 years of experience helping financial services organizations achieve growth, innovation, and competitive advantage. Rob specializes in leveraging emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, automation, and digital transformation to create measurable business value. Rob spent 15 years at Texas Capital Bank, where he held multiple executive leadership roles and was instrumental in the bank’s growth from $2 billion to over $30 billion in assets. His contributions included the design of new products, improvement of operational efficiencies, and delivery of strategic initiatives that directly advanced the bank’s profitability and market position.

Randolph Barr
Cybersecurity Executive Partner
A veteran Chief Information Security Officer with more than 20 years of experience building and scaling security programs for companies including Zoom, Cisco WebEx, Qualys, Yodlee, and Aryaka Networks. At SEVAKOR, he leads the Cybersecurity Practice, helping organizations turn security into a growth driver rather than a barrier. Randy specializes in guiding SMBs and enterprises through security program development, compliance readiness (SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI DSS, GDPR), risk governance, and customer trust initiatives.

Matt Mochary
Strategic Advisor to Managing Partner
Matt Mochary coaches the heads of Silicon Valley tech investment firms and companies on how to be the best leaders and build the best organizations possible. As a former founder, CEO and investor, Matt knows first-hand the challenges of those roles, as well as solutions to the most commonly-encountered problems. His coaching is not questions-only; there is real guidance. Matt specializes in helping a CEO and company (or investment firm) transition from free-wheeling startup to dominant enterprise. Matt went on to have fun (making the Academy Award short-listed documentary Favela Rising) and do good (starting the Mochary Foundation).

John Sheputis

John Sheputis is a seasoned entrepreneur and operating executive with over 25 years of experience building, scaling, and optimizing technology infrastructure companies. As a repeat founder and CEO, John has led organizations from concept to successful outcomes, including the $190 million sale of Fortune Data Centers to Digital Realty and the $725 million exit of Element Critical to Skybox Datacenters in 2024. Widely recognized for his strategic foresight in the data center and digital infrastructure space, John combines deep technical expertise with a growth-driven mindset. He has held leadership roles across M&A, corporate development, and operations—most notably serving as President of Infomart Data Centers and Executive Vice President of Corporate Development at Digital Realty, a global leader in cloud and carrier-neutral colocation. Today, John serves as an advisor and investor to infrastructure founders and private equity firms, helping scale platforms that are reshaping how enterprises connect, compute, and grow. He brings a unique blend of founder empathy, operational discipline, and investor insight to every engagement. When he's not advising on growth strategies or diligencing deals, you’ll find him exploring new technologies and mentoring the next generation of digital infrastructure leaders.
